About This Product
The Indigo Off Axis Guider is Pegasus Astro's thin and solid design OAG which can easily paired with the Indigo Filter Wheel. The OAG supports through holes (M2 and M3) in its body for direct connection with latest CMOS cameras and other Filter Wheels.

The main advantage having an OAG is that it uses the same optical path as your main imaging camera. This avoids any issue with differential flexure that can occur when using a separate guidescope on top of your main telescope.

One cable operation
The Indigo Filter Wheel requires a USB2 (TypeB) cable only. This simplifies the connectivity since it does not require a separate power supply when used with USB control.

Accurate FIlter Selection
Indigo's carousel has seven (7) slots and accepts 2-inch mounted or 50mm unmounted filters. The Indigo rotates in a clock or counter clockwise direction for filter selection. A combination of a direct drive stepper motor and optical encoders ensure that your filter selection is precise, dead accurate on every filter location. The Indigo takes the shortest path when moving from one filter to another.

Thin Design
The body of the Indigo filter wheel is aluminium CNC milled. High quality aluminium alloy allowed Pegasus Astro to design the filter wheel as thin as possible (19.0mm, 19.6mm with adapters installed on both sides).

Orientation on both adapters
Both sides of the Indigo filter wheel have M54 openings. The screw slide adapter (image below) allows you to properly allign the orientation of your camera or telescope side. Just loosen the screws and rotate the adapter to the desired orientation.

Camera Connection
The 6 screw holes on the camera side allows direct connection with astronomical cameras that follow the same 6 x hole pattern (62mm diameter pattern) -- a convenient feature allowing you to reduce the total backfocus instead of placing adapters.
