How is the Deep Space Cooler upgrade for Meade Telescope Cameras performed?
The upgrade involves removing the heat sink fins on the back of the Meade telescope camera and replacing them with an insulated, actively cooled thermoelectric cooling ("TEC") system and a separate digital temperature controller/monitor. The thermoelectric cooling system replacement process is completed by a professional at Deep Space Products.

The Deep Space Cooler Plus adds a single-stage air drying system to help reduce the possibility of condensation forming on the CCD and in the Meade telescope camera. This allows the telescope camera to be cooled to temperatures below the dew point.
Whats does the Deep Space Cooler Extreme include?
The Deep Space Cooler Extreme adds a second-stage desiccant air drier and a water cooling block to the TEC system to allow cooling to substantially lower temperatures without condensation.
