Deep Space Products offers telescope accessories, including carbon fiber replacement telescope tubes for various types of telescopes, including reflector and refractor telescopes, including Celestron or Orion C-8 and C-11 Schmidt-Cassegrain telescopes. These beautiful aerospace-grade carbon fiber telescope tubes look identical to those originally installed by Celestron on the C-8 and C-11 back when they still had this excellent option available. Unlike the standard metal telescope tubes, because of the low (near zero) coefficient of thermal expansion (less than 30 percent that of steel and 15 percent that of aluminum), Black Hole carbon fiber telescope tubes will experience very little, if any, change in dimension during nighttime temperature drops. With a Black Hole carbon fiber tube installed, you will be able to image for much longer without having to refocus. Black Hole carbon fiber tubes are also more durable and will not dent like metal tubes and weigh 40 percent less than the same size aluminum tube.

Deep Space Products has flocked these tubes using Protostar light trap material, some of the best flocking material around. Black Hole carbon fiber tubes for telescopes are manufactured in the USA.

In addition to our telescope accessories, Deep Space Products can also provide installation services as part of our HyperTune service for those customers who would prefer not to take apart their OTA themselves. NEW!!! CUSTOM COLORED HYBRID CARBON FIBER TELESCOPE TUBES

Deep Space Products is proud to announce that our telescope accessories line has expanded! Black Hole Carbon Fiber Tubes can now be ordered in custom colors for your refractor or reflector telescope.  Custom color telescope tubes are manufactured using a slightly different method than standard grey/black tubes so the cloth patters are not quite as perfect but they are very close. The custom color carbon fiber telescope tubes do have the same general physical and performance characteristics as the standard grey/black tubes. There are a variety of colors available and are usually a combination of the standard grey/black with a colored fiber like red (our personal favorite).  The following examples are approximations of the colors available, however, it is difficult to replicate the colors in photographs and they will generally be darker that those depicted.
